Constructed as a call center for Echostar (Direct TV and Dish Network), this 100,000 square foot facility was completed in 4 ½ months on a fast track basis with construction proceeding while construction documents were being completed.  The buildings floor plan with wide column bay spacing and multiple mechanical zones allows the user flexibility to reconfigure space usage as necessary.
